Our food products catalog consists of four main lines: Olive Oil, Table Olives, Asparagus and Capers. We offer a variety of Oils according to its acidity, and a complete variety of Table Olives, with or without pit, and stuffed.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This type of oil has an acidity of less than 0.8%. Its low acidity gives it a greenish color and a fruity flavor with an acid touch. It is considered the best oil for human consumption.
Virgin Olive Oil
This type of oil has an acidity graduation between 0.8% and 2.0%. Its flavor is milder compared to the Extra Virgin, but it turns out to be more cost effective.
Pomace Olive Oil
This type of oil has an acidity of 1.5%. It differs from the other oils by its manufacturing process. It is normally used in the kitchen of bars and restaurants because by being a more processed and less dense fat it has more caloric power.
We offer three types of Green Olives: pitted, unpitted and stuffed.
The Stuffed Olives of this innovative line take advantage of the space generated by removing the pit to harbor different fillings. By using the 80/90 caliber Gordal Sevillana variety, we ensure a cavity of optimum size for the various stuffing.
Unpitted Olives (Manzanilla)
Manzanilla Green Olives with their pits. Due to their smaller size compared to Gordal Olives, they are a product aimed at mass markets.
Unpitted Olives (Gordal)
Gordal Green Olives with their pits. They are larger in size than Manzanilla Olives.
